Welcome to Issue 158 Alpha, nowhere near its namesake moonbase
established in 1999, although you may be. Thanks for joining me
here on the crust of a rather moist planet for another adventure in
flash speculative fiction, right here on the AntipodeanSF Radio
Show, which is just where science fiction, fantasy and horror
belongs. So why not hang around for a while and soak up a little
story action, all of it wrapped in electronic music from French
minimum beatmeister musician "Mobster", extracted from his second
album "My Sleep".
Don't run away yet, though. I still have hold of your ankles. And
it's time for some flash. Indeed, the whole show, including three
stories from the magazine:
"A Light-Bulb Moment" by Shelley Ontis
"Mother Heart" by Ray O'Brien
"Murmurs" by Shaun Saunders
You'll also cop a film review from Rhino about "Super 8", and the
ever-popular Bullsheet news for this month.
Artwork here and at the magazine this month is by Christopher Lenhart of <lenhartillustration.com>.
