G’day and welcome to the AntipodeanSF Radio Show Fourcade-Figueroa, a faint cousin who probably dared to tangle with Centaurus A in the past and came out of the encounter somewhat shredded. I’m your editor and host, Nuke, and I think that’s a good description of what our own encounter with speculative fiction should do to us — tangle and shred the mind, but leave us intact to regroup and shine.
In today’s show, those dodgy metaphors aside from me, you’ll hear two stories from Anti-Antipodeans, one of them about human resources in the face of progress, and the other possibly about human resources in the face of an unusual setting. Later in the show we’ll hear more of the panel discussion about crime specfic from Contact 2016 in Brisbane, during that astronomically-based event, Easter.
For now, though, let’s have some stories. That’s what we’re all about, after all.
