AntiSF Radio Show 159 Gamma

Hey SF fans. Here's another AntiSF radio show for download, so why not fetch another bottle of red wine from the fridge, make sure that your glass is full of ice before you pour, and get ready for a storytime treat. Sip now, don't guzzle. Speaking of treats, let me tell you about one. Gather some friends, go find a spot on the beach facing east -- this works well on the east coast of Australia -- have a barbeque, or even perhaps just get takeaway. Make sure it's about a day or two after the full moon, early evening, still just light. Sit, listen to the waves, watch the stars wink into existence, scan the sky carefully, commune with the fireflies, tell a few jokes, keep a lookout for white and green fireballs, and draw up a breath just before the somewhat orange moon pokes its way above the water.

Magic. Well, in fact, not, but magical all the same. Don't get dizzy. That's the rabbit there in the moon. And don't be surprised by how many people have never seen a moonrise, also better known as an earthfall.

But enough of that. I've washed my feet of sand since then and promised myself that I'll go for a swim next time. Let's on with the speculative fiction, right here on the AntiSF radio show issue 159 Gamma, which is where speculative flash fiction belongs.
