Abashiri by name, this main belt body, measuring about 9 kilometres in diameter, has a day that lasts 4 hours and was discovered by Japanese Astronomers. It is named for the city of Abashiri, known for its fishing industry, also in Japan of course. Well, folks, I’m Nuke, your host and editor, not Japanese, although I may have spoken with more than a few of that nation —  and I have fished out the best in stories for fishy Abishiri, with two fine contributions from Antipodean writers who don’t live near the sea of Okhotsk.

In This Show:

  • Election Day - by Lee S. Hawke
  • Lament To A Barman - by Susan Cornford
  • Natcon 2016 panel "Australian Gothic" with Kathleen Jennings (Moderator), Simon Brown, Angela Slatter & Kaaron Warren  - Part 4
