Welcome to the AntipodeanSF Radio Show, hosted by the editor of AntipodeanSF, Ion Newcombe, aka "Nuke" or "The Jollyfish". Ion selects the best in speculative flash fiction for these shows, with stories often narrated by the authors themselves.

Listen in weekly to a show devoted to the presentation of flash speculative fiction stories (science fiction, fantasy, and horror).

The AntiSF Radio show also features discussions and panel presentations recorded at various speculative fiction conventions and awards ceremonies.

AntiSF is where speculative flash fiction belongs - downside up!

Salutations and saltations. Welcome crew, for this is the AntipodeanSF Radio Show Ables, not stables and definitely not stable. I’m Nuke, your host and editor, coming at you from the Nambucca Valley, and shooting out into the dark to find Ables, a rock about five kilometres across that wasn’t discovered till 1988 by American astronomers Carolyn and Eugene Shoemaker at the U.S. Palomar Observatory, who promptly name it after American astronomer Harold Ables.

So we are able to bring you some stories. Two this time around, both from contributors with a long publication history in AntipodeanSF.

In This Show:

  • Recycling Unit - by Shane Griffin
  • A Chip In Time - by Garry Dean
  • Natcon 2016 panel "Teleporters - Is T-Mat The Public Transport Of The Future?" with Chris McMahon (Moderator), Charlotte Nash & Sean Williams - Part 2
