In This Show:
Well folks, here we are again — and for those of you listening the first time, here we are together for the first time. Hi, I’m Nuke, your host and editor, and this is the AntiSF Radio Show Aguntina, a rare type of dark and shadowy carbonaceous asteroid from the outer regions of the belt, with a diameter of about 60 kilometres and a day that lasts around 17 hours or so. The rock takes its name from the Roman town of Aguntum, where shortly before the asteroid’s discovery extensive excavations at the site uncovered ancient artefacts such as coins, pottery masks, bronze objects and painted tombstones.
