AntipodeanSF
AntipodeanSF podcast/radio show is devoted to the presentation of flash speculative fiction stories (science fiction, fantasy, and horror). AntiSF is where speculative fiction belongs -- downside-up!

Here, take this tube. Feed it wherever you need it. Bonsoir, for it is evening here, although it may not be there, I'm Nuke, this dodgy little show's editor and presenter. No — don't stick the tube in me. Let's just leave the tubes aside, even if we are all based on that very same design. It's time for Hercules, supergiant elliptical, and rather noisy when it comes to the radio part of the spectrum. Story wise, we'll alienate ourselves, give it all up, and get filked for the last time till next con.

G'day and Howdy, and welcome to the AntipodeanSF Radio Show Helix. Hold it right there. I don't mean that delicious and colourful planetary nebula. I'm talking galaxy here, and it's a strange one in the constellation Ursa Major. We're talking polar ring galaxy aka the Pancake, but not in the kitchen Galaxy. Helix's nucleus is surrounded by bright strands of star-forming regions and hydrogen gas, winding around the outside edge of the galaxy. In fact, the Milky way possibly could have turned out to be a polar ring galaxy, if the Magellanic clouds were just a little closer. But that's a what if. Not so much under question is that I am your host and editor, Nuke, and I'd love it if you'd stick around for the next half an hour or so for this show, which will speculate. Guaranteed. And perhaps sing as well.

Welcome all folk far, fair, and friendly, this is the AntiSF Radio Show Hardcastle. Nebula, that is, glowing away in Centaurus, and giving us a name for this show. Numbers are okay, and if you want one of those then it's show 161. I'm also duty bound by more than numbers to say that I'm Nuke, your host and editor, and thanks for listening in with me for the next half an hour or so. More filking to come, as promised, some Norse-like fantasy epic poetry that will give you goosebumps, and a queer fog that just may hail from Romania. Let's launch, and roar off with that poem.

The AntiSF Radio Show GR8

Hey, as they say on Real Humans, greetings and felicitations. Thanks for joining me. I'm Nuke, editor of AntipodeanSF and the source of the voice that emerges from my own particular set of genetic characteristics. Here's the AntipodeanSF Radio Show GR8, to put it in the International phonetic alphabet, Golf Romeo Eight, produced for your listening pleasure wherever you happen to be. Like GR8 it may be debatable as to whether you are a part of the local group or not. Similarly, you may be somewhat gas rich and irregular. But we won't hold that against you. AntiSF is for everybody, and especially lovers of short speculative fiction. So that's exactly what you're going to get. Two stories from our online and ebook pages, and first of a four part presentation by Ann Poore introducing Filking to us folk who attended Contact 2016, the Aussie Natcon this year over Easter in Brisbane. Stories First, folks.
